What shop you use is entirely up to you. Crash Collision and Repair has relationships with many major insurance companies. We do not have to be on direct repair list you receive from insurance in order to repair your vehicle. Crash Collision and Repair works with all insurance companies, as well as local adjusters. We can help make this process easy and simple for you.

Does the insurance company pay for my rental while you are working on my vehicle?2020-11-13T16:20:55-05:00

This will be a topic to discuss with your insurance company. Generally speaking though, if you purchased rental car coverage with your policy, the rental will be paid for by your insurance company. If you are using the someone else’s insurance to have your vehicle repaired, then a rental is typically paid for.

How do I know if you can repair my specific vehicle?2020-11-18T14:40:04-05:00

How many estimates do I need to get?2020-11-18T14:40:38-05:00

You only need one estimate as long as it is from the body shop of your choice.

What if the insurance estimate does not match your estimate?2020-11-13T16:32:38-05:00

The insurance estimate is just a starting point. Sometimes their estimate will be different than ours because we dig into the issues more than what an adjuster does. The process is to send our estimate back to the insurance and let them decide how to adjust it. It is possible our estimate will come in under the insurance estimate as well. We help you work through that process.

Do you have an idea how long it will take to repair my vehicle?2020-11-13T16:35:09-05:00

Obviously the extent of the damage will determine how long it will take us to repair your vehicle. But we get all the insurance taken care up front, get your parts ordered and get a certified technician prepped for your specific case before we ever receive your vehicle.

How does payment work?2020-11-13T16:37:47-05:00

There are multiple ways payment can work from the insurance company. We can help walk you through that process here at our office.
